Compact Automatic Parts Cleaning System – designed specifically for the rapid removal of solid plastic contaminants from workpiece surfaces. The system utilizes 2000 bar ultra-high-pressure water jetting with a 6 L/min high-flow output, easily handling components with complex geometries while delivering exceptional cleaning efficiency and surface cleanliness. The fully enclosed cleaning chamber, combined with automatic filtration, slag discharge, and mist elimination functions, ensures zero contamination leakage during operation – making it cleaner, safer, and more environmentally friendly.

Equipped with a six-axis industrial robot, the spray gun flexibly follows the contours of workpieces to accommodate diverse, small-batch production needs. Paired with a variable-speed rotating worktable and an array of positioning holes for edge-based fixturing, the system enables quick and convenient workpiece loading. It accommodates parts up to 700 mm in diameter and 150 mm in height, and supports non-standard customization to match your specific process requirements.

The ultra-high-pressure pump unit and high-strength steel-wire reinforced hoses deliver excellent pressure resistance, abrasion resistance, and wide temperature tolerance, ensuring reliable performance during extended continuous operation.

The PLC touch-screen control system displays cleaning procedures and equipment status in real time, allows one-touch switching between manual and automatic modes, and integrates safety monitoring for intuitive and straightforward operation.

The dual-tank design (clean water tank + filtration tank) features multi-stage mesh filtration with maintenance alerts, reducing consumable costs.

A handheld compressed-air spray gun is provided as standard equipment for rapid blow-drying of workpieces after cleaning, improving workflow efficiency.

    This system is specially designed for rapid removal of paint, coatings, or solid plastic depositson workpiece surfaces. It adopts 2000 bar ultra-high-pressure water jet technology with a large flow rate of 6 L/min. The entire cleaning process operates in a fully enclosed manner, integrated with automatic filtration, separation, slag discharge and automatic demisting functions, featuring the advantages of low energy consumption and low-carbon manufacturing.

    Precision Component Cleaning Solution

     

    1. 6-Axis Industrial Robot
    Equipped with a high-performance 6-axis industrial robot featuring flexible multi-angle movement. It drives the spray gun to precisely follow complex workpiece contours and delivers all-round dead-angle-free cleaning. The robot is fitted with a dedicated control cabinet and teach pendant for convenient programming and path debugging.

    2. Control Cabinet
    It integrates the core robot drive and control modules with a compact structure and high protection rating, guaranteeing stable operation in humid, dusty industrial environments.

    3. Ultra-High-Pressure Pump Station
    It supplies 2000 bar ultra-high-pressure hydraulic power for the whole system and serves as the power source for cleaning operations. The pump unit delivers stable performance and supports long-term continuous operation to meet high-intensity production cycle requirements.

    4. Spray Gun
    Mounted on the end flange of the robot and connected to high-pressure pipelines and cleaning equipment, the spray gun provides power for automated cleaning. It accommodates workpieces of various shapes with strong compatibility.

    5. High-Pressure Hose
    Manufactured from high-strength materials (steel wire braided or spiral wound) to withstand ultra-high-pressure working conditions;
    Excellent flexibility for easy installation and synchronous movement with the robot;
    Wear-resistant outer layer effectively extends service life;
    Stable performance within a wide temperature range to adapt to various workshop environments.

    6. Rotary Table
    Adjustable rotating speed to match the cleaning cycle of different workpieces;
    Edge positioning design enables fast and convenient workpiece clamping;
    Array threaded holes are machined on the turntable for fixing edge positioning fixtures and position adjustment, compatible with workpieces of multiple specifications.

    7. Control System
    Real-time display of cleaning procedures and operational data;
    Clear visualization of all operating status parameters of the cleaning system;
    One-touch quick switching between manual and automatic modes;
    Integrated safety status monitoring to protect operators and equipment.
    The control panel adopts a high-quality touch screen and PLC core, featuring a user-friendly interface and intuitive operation.

    8. Auxiliary Supporting Components
    Clean Water Tank: Connected to the customer’s on-site clean water supply to provide process water for the system.
    Filtration Water Tank: Sewage is filtered through screens before discharge. Regular inspection and replacement of filter elements/screens as well as residue cleaning are required.
    Handheld Compressed Air Blow Gun: One unit supplied as standard, used for manually blowing residual water off workpieces to improve production turnover efficiency.
