The sled is a tool used by the automobile manufacturing paint shop to transfer the car body. It is divided into primer sled and topcoat sled. After the car body is painted, the paint will inevitably adhere to the sled. As the paint film of the car body dries, the paint is also dried and solidified. After the sled has been sprayed multiple times, the sled must be stripped and cleaned to restore the conductivity and cleanliness of the sled.

The use of ultra-high pressure water flow up to 2500Bar can break up the paint material attached to the sled and achieve a satisfactory cleaning effect, but manual cleaning will encounter a lot of trouble. Cleaning operators carry out high-intensity work in a humid and noisy environment for a long time, which will cause certain damage to their health.

This solution uses a six-axis robot. The flexible cleaning robot can smoothly achieve contour cleaning of the complex structure of the sled, with a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.1 mm. The robot has passed the waterproof and dustproof test, with a protection level of IP67, and is suitable for harsh environments of high pressure cleaning.
