What is a CNC Pressure Washer?
Computerized Numerical Control, referred to as CNC in English, is also known as CNC machine tools and CNC lathes.
CNC high-pressure cleaning machine is a device that combines CNC technology and high-pressure cleaning technology. It uses high-pressure water flow to clean the surface of objects, and accurately controls the cleaning process through the CNC system to achieve efficient and accurate cleaning effects.
When working, the high-pressure water flow generated by the high-pressure pump is sprayed through the nozzle, and the CNC system controls the movement trajectory, cleaning pressure and cleaning time of the nozzle according to the preset cleaning program and parameters.
Driven by the CNC drive device, the high-pressure nozzle will perform scanning spraying, water blowing and deburring according to the shape of the workpiece.
The cleaning pressure is intelligently adjusted. When cleaning the surface, the pressure is lowered to ensure that the workpiece is not damaged. When removing burrs from the inner hole, high pressure is output quickly, with good and stable flexible processing capabilities.
The system can monitor parameters such as water temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc. during the cleaning process to optimize the cleaning program using historical data and user feedback.
System composition
The CNC high-pressure cleaning machine is mainly composed of: three-dimensional CNC, high-pressure pump, nozzle, filtration, oil removal, temperature control, mist exhaust, automatic lubrication and electrical control system.
The three-dimensional CNC system is located outside the equipment, and the water mist is isolated by a telescopic sealing cover to protect the CNC motion system and facilitate maintenance.
The system is mainly composed of servo motors in the three directions of XYZ and the rotating shaft driving servo motor, liquid supply cleaning shaft, high-pressure rotary joint, cleaning nozzle, linear guide rail, etc.
Scope of application

It is suitable for cleaning and deburring high-precision parts, and for comprehensive and thorough cleaning of the workpiece surface and internal structure to meet the strict cleanliness requirements of production.
The scope of cleaning application includes but is not limited to: engine cylinder head, gearbox, gasket valve body, hydraulic valve, ABS brake workpiece, crankshaft/camshaft gasket cleaning, etc.
Deburring
After various precision components are machined, burrs, chips, etc. will remain in the blind holes, oblique holes, precision surfaces, etc. of the components. If not removed, the machine will not be able to achieve the required accuracy.
For mass-produced parts, the CNC system can preset the shape parameters of the parts, allowing positioning, cleaning, water blowing, and deburring of key locations such as holes and dead corners of the parts.
It is especially efficient for parts and molds with complex shapes, and the cleaning and deburring effects are particularly significant.
High efficiency nozzle
The performance of CNC high-pressure cleaning machines is affected by nozzle design and cleaning technical parameters. High-efficiency nozzles can produce stronger and more concentrated water flow, improving cleaning efficiency.
Through CNC precise positioning, the high-pressure water jet (maximum cleaning pressure 60MPa) ejected from the nozzle can remove debris and burrs in cross deep holes and screw holes.
The high-speed rotating spindle (Max 1000 R.P.M) combined with the flat nozzle can quickly cover the surface of the workpiece.
The deep hole nozzle can perform arc scanning cleaning on the deep hole cleaning of the workpiece.
The universal nozzle can accurately clean the cleaning elements on the outside of the part.
Loading and unloading
In addition to manual loading and unloading, loading and unloading devices and fully automatic fixtures can also be configured. A variety of loading methods are available, including robot front, motorized roller conveyor side and gantry top loading.
Parts drying
The parts can be dried by blowing water with compressed air or by using the optional vacuum drying system to achieve complete drying of the parts.
