Paint stripping - Fixtures & Hanging tools

2024-08-16

In the painting workshop, tooling, fixtures, and lifting devices are indispensable equipment.

Tooling is primarily used for positioning, fixing, clamping, and holding products during the processing and manufacturing process to ensure the matching of product shape and position, thereby guaranteeing processing quality and repeatability.

Fixtures, on the other hand, are specially designed clamping devices or tools that assist or complete specific processing or measurement tasks.

Lifting devices are primarily used for hoisting products from one location to another, facilitating movement and operation on the painting assembly line.

Using the traditional method of paint removal through pyrolysis in incinerators at high temperatures, prolonged exposure to high heat can cause deformation in the shapes of tooling, fixtures, and lifting devices. This is particularly detrimental to precise tooling and fixtures, as the deformation may be irreversible, significantly impacting their processing accuracy and stability. Furthermore, if the incinerator's sealing performance is inadequate or if operations are improperly conducted, it may lead to the leakage of toxic and harmful gases, posing a threat to the health of personnel.

Using high-pressure water for paint removal does not alter the physical structure of workpieces, causing no deformation, and produces no exhaust emissions. The cleaning medium is solely clean water. Due to its environmentally friendly characteristics, it has a wide range of applicability.
