I CNC High-Pressure Cleaning Machine  

Computerized Numerical Control (CNC), also known as numerical control machine or NC lathe, combines numerical control technology with high-pressure cleaning technology. It employs high-pressure water jets to clean object surfaces, precisely controlled by the CNC system, ensuring efficient and precise cleaning results.

The CNC high-pressure cleaning machine comprises 3D numerical control, high-pressure pumps, nozzles, filtration, degreasing, temperature control, mist extraction, automatic lubrication, and an electrical control system. It is suitable for the thorough cleaning of high-precision components and deburring, addressing both surface and internal structures to meet stringent production cleanliness requirements.

Applicable cleaning areas include but are not limited to: engine blocks and heads, gearboxes, gasketed valve bodies, hydraulic valves, ABS brake components, and crankshaft/camshaft gasket cleaning.

I High-Pressure Water Deburring - Cleaning Robot  

Utilizing high-pressure water as the sole cleaning medium, this robot-assisted deburring process is environmentally friendly and conducted within a sealed chamber. The robot boasts high repeatability and positioning accuracy, enabling it to clean intricate shapes and structures, reaching deep into narrow holes and blind spots with unparalleled precision, unaffected by the workpiece's external form.

Ideal for automotive metal component cleaning, this system employs a six-axis robot equipped with a high-pressure water jet cleaning system, particularly suited for in-depth cleaning of cylinder blocks, valve bodies, and other parts with deep blind holes or particle residues.
