Carbon Deposition: During the operation of industrial equipment, factors such as high temperature, high pressure, and incomplete fuel combustion can easily lead to the formation of carbon deposits inside the equipment. In high-temperature and high-pressure environments, organic substances tend to condense, accumulate, and carbonize on surfaces. For example, this is particularly evident in die casting production, where when the temperature of the mold and metal liquid (such as aluminum liquid) exceeds 350℃, the organic components in the release agent are rapidly carbonized, and after prolonged accumulation, carbon deposits form.
Physical Cleaning: This method involves the use of high-pressure water jetting to wash away carbon deposits from the surface of the equipment by means of high-speed water streams.
Advantages: High-pressure water jetting offers effective cleaning results, with no damage to the equipment. Additionally, it is an environmentally friendly and non-polluting cleaning method.
Applications: Physical cleaning with high-pressure water jetting is suitable for situations that require continuous removal of carbon deposits, without causing any negative impact on the cleaned surfaces or the equipment itself.
